【仙禽　かぶとむし　2022】

先日、大阪・日本橋・利き酒家（@kikiki3437）さんで頂いたお酒。栃木県・株式会社せんきんの限定夏酒「かぶとむし」の2022年版。

このお酒は「大人のレモンスカッシュ」の異名を持つ、毎年大人気の夏らしいお酒。相変わらず可愛いラベルですが、今年の味わいはさらにクリアになっています。

グレープフルーツやレモンのようなフルーティーで爽やかな柑橘系の香りと酸味。後半はキレがよく、軽快で淡い、心地よい酸味。

今年も「大人のレモンスカッシュ」は健在です。

[Senkin Kabutomushi 2022]

The other day, the sake I had at Osaka, Nipponbashi, Kikizakeya (@ kikiki3437). 2022 edition of the limited summer sake “Kabutomushi” from Senkin Co., Ltd. in Tochigi Prefecture.

This sake has the nickname of “adult lemon squash” and is a very popular summer sake every year. It’s still a cute label, but this year’s taste is even clearer.

Fruity and refreshing citrus aroma and acidity like grapefruit and lemon. The second half is sharp, light and light, and has a pleasant acidity.

“Adult lemon squash” is still alive this year.
