中野の「打越酒場」さん(@uchikoshi_sakaba)で頂いたお酒。

加藤清正公にゆかりのある酒蔵、山形県鶴岡市の冨士酒造が宮城県の人気ブランド米「まなむすめ」で醸す、蔵出し数量超限定の夏酒「STARS」第三弾。

フレッシュなリンゴの様な吟醸香、優しい微炭酸に穏やかな酸味、スッキリした旨味と甘み、後味にほのかな渋みが感じられる軽快な夏向けの純米大吟醸。

富士酒造は、ほぼ四季醸造(冬だけでなく通年でお酒を造る)に取り組んでいて、毎月フレッシュな新酒が提供され、酒米・酵母違いなどにこだわった、様々な「無濾過生原酒」が楽しめます。

まずはこの「星祭」をよく冷やして、暑い日の食事と一緒に楽しんでみてください。

[Eiko Fuji Junmai Daiginjo Murokanamagenshu Hoshi Matsuri]

The sake I got from “Uchikoshi Sakaba” (@uchikoshi_sakaba) in Nakano.

This is the third edition of the summer sake “STARS” that is made by Fuji Shuzo in Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture, a sake brewery associated with Kato Kiyomasa, using the popular Miyagi Prefecture brand rice “Manamusume”.

A light summer junmai daiginjo with a fresh apple-like ginjo aroma, mild acidity with mild carbonation, refreshing umami and sweetness, and a slight astringency in the aftertaste.

Fuji Shuzou is working on almost four seasons brewing (making sake not only in winter but throughout the year), and fresh new sake is offered every month, and various “Murokanamagenshu” that are particular about the difference between sake rice and yeast. Can be enjoyed.

First, cool down this “Hoshi Matsuri” and enjoy it with a meal on a hot day.
